HOW DOES PLF WORK?

PLF provides commercial property owners and developers access to attractive financing for commercial real estate schemes pre-, mid-, or post-construction to complete construction capital stacks, provide incremental leverage, finance capital expenditures, or refinance recently completed schemes. Once a borrower agrees to tie PLF to a property, the financing terms remain with the property, can convey from owner-to-owner, and provides a stable, longer-term form of finance that works flexibly alongside other lender positions, while still providing flexibility for an early exit if needed.
